An estate sale is a professionally organized sale held inside the home to sell the contents of an estate. Items may include furniture, art, jewelry, collectibles, décor, and everyday household goods. The goal is to thoughtfully organize and present these items so they reach interested buyers while helping families move through a transition with less stress.
Estate sales are most effective when a home contains a meaningful amount of furnishings, décor, or collectibles. During our initial conversation, we review the contents of the home and your timeline to determine whether an estate sale is the best option.
Our full-service offering, Estate Sale Management, includes:

• Researching and pricing items
• Professional staging and merchandising
• Marketing the sale to our buyer network
• Managing the sale days and transactions
If needed, we can also coordinate donation or final clear-out services once the sale is complete.
